Site fee's = £2,450.00 per season, inclusive of water rates.
Riverside Lodges/Statics - 10 month licence (1st March - 5th Jan)
Site fee's = £2,900.00 per season, inclusive of water rates.
Electricity
Metered yearly and billed towards the end of each season. (November)
Current contract = £0.49p per unit
Bottled Gas
19 Kg = £50.00
47 Kg = £90.00
Supplied by 'Calor Gas' and 'Flo Gas' - (As used)
Landline/Broadband
The above information is to give a guideline to outgoings / expenses at Richmond Caravan Park. There may be additional costs, for example: all insurances - buildings and contents - are the responsibility of the holiday home owner.
